Well my friends, we did it.

We talked about race. And I truly believe it was the most important conversation we’ve had here at the Jersey City Tech Meetup

I want to give an enormous thank you to our buddy Corey Cambridge for taking the time to open up his heart with us and share a perspective on racism in America that many of us, myself included, simply haven’t considered or understood before.

The amount of knowledge and wisdom he dropped in this conversation completely blew me away, and I believe it will also help to open up your eyes to the world we live in, and the ways in which we can make it a better place as a community

That is why we are here. To come together and make this world a better place, and I couldn’t be more grateful for him being a catalyst for change.

2020 has opened our eyes to many racial injustices that have been occurring for centuries. Though these issues aren’t new by any means, it is more important now than ever to educate ourselves and gain a new perspective on issues of racism and how to implement values of acceptance and diversity in both our every-day lives and businesses 💯

I recently had a very enlightening conversation with my buddy Corey Cambridge (also a panelist in our May 2019 Podprenuers meetup) around issues of racism and diversity in America. It was so eye-opening for me that I felt it needed to be taken to a public platform so others could benefit from his perspective just as I have. Being the awesome collaborator that he is, Corey was enthusiastic about the opportunity to share his insights with the greater community, and we couldn’t be more grateful for that🙏
