2021 has been a huge year for the Jersey City Tech Meetup and innovation as a whole. NFTs have caught the public’s attention after Beeple sold a JPEG for $69 million and are showing us a new world of possibilities for the internet, Facebook changed its name to META, cannabis FINALLY became legal in New Jersey, and the JCTM finally went back to in-person events in the safest way possible as the world started to come back to a sense of normalcy. All in all, it’s been nice to see everyone again and feel the energy of in-person events!
It’s been a huge year to say the least, and whether or not it’s been a great year for you, one thing is for sure: there is hope in the air for a brighter future. And that is cause for celebration!
